We look to acquire the following types of properties:

We have had considerable success in joint ventures with other developers, property owners and receivers and continue to look for such opportunities.

Artesian aims to anticipate and invest in niche sectors where there is an emerging market.

The majority of Artesian’s development activities are focused on central London and southern England. However, our investment portfolio is nationwide.

Artesian has extensive experience in working with period Listed buildings and in creating new buildings of cutting edge contemporary design.

Company Background
23 St James' Square
Artesian Property Partnership (APP) was formed in 1998 as the operating vehicle for the nine Artesian public companies which had been established under the Business Expansion Scheme and Enterprise Investment Scheme between 1991 and 1993 and which raised more than £30 million through independent, unsponsored public offers.

Although the Artesian companies were established by a team of property developers, the businesses focused 42 Kingswayinitially on residential investment properties, to meet the requirements of the B.E.S. By 1995 the Artesian B.E.S. companies owned and managed some 1000 residential letting units in London and the South East.

The business activities of the Artesian companies have expanded substantially and include the development of high quality residential properties for sale, the restoration and refurbishment of period Listed buildings to prestigious high specification offices, and the creation of a group of luxury townhouse hotels.
