Is a specialist UK based removal firm providing household and office relocations, containerised furniture storage, local and international moving.

Removals

Your removal will commence with an obligation free quotation to assess your needs. As every move is different, we will discuss your personal requirements and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Only then will we plan your removal to ensure all runs smoothly on 'The Big Day'. On 'The Big Day' our experienced, competent team will arrive punctually at the arranged time. Your fears and worries will soon disappear as our team efficiently gets into action. During the course of your removal you will only be required to give instructions. Leave the contents of your house as they are and our team will methodically work through it.

Your possessions will be protectively wrapped, boxed and labelled prior to loading. Some removals stretch over more than one day. Most importantly your house will remain functional and safe overnight. At the completion of a day's work your house will be cleared and tidied of removal packaging. Before leaving your old premises a thorough check will be made to ensure that nothing is left behind. Upon arrival at your new home your possessions will be correctly re-located according to your directions. All appliances are reconnected and furniture will be reassembled. All boxes will be sensibly placed in their correct rooms.

Prior to our teams departure a full inspection of your house will be made to ensure all large items are correctly placed. If necessary, furniture can easily be re-shuffled at this stage. A full unpacking service is also available if required. A deposit will be taken for boxes left with you and refunded upon their collection, by us

Storage

We utilise industry standard, container storage facilities. For maximum efficiency and security, containers will be loaded or unloaded at your residence. Once loaded these containers will be housed in dry, secure warehouses, on restricted access premises. A full inventory of the contents of each container will be made in case items need to be located whilst in store

Commercial

Our personal service is equally important for commercial relocations. By working together, we will provide a service that causes the least disruption and minimises office downtime. Liability requirements, photocopier warranties, computer and telephone re-installation will be discussed during your initial quotation. An action plan incorporating, floor plan, colour codes and staff involvement will be submitted with your quotation.

Liability

Although we take great care of your possessions we offer goods in transit liability against all risks. Comprehensive storage liability is also available for possessions whilst in store. Your liability requirements will be discussed with you during your quotation.
