As you all know, from 1st April 2009 Garratt Business Park has become a Business Improvement District (BID), voted for by the vast majority of unit holders (over 90%) in a ballot conducted by Wandsworth Council in November/December 2008. The BID covers a period of 5 years.
As part of the BID process a BID company has now been set up for this 5 year period, which will administer the BID and carry out the BID projects.
All levy payers have the right to become members and we would like to see as many businesses as possible registering, as this is the best way to exert your influence over future improvements to the estate.
It's all straight forward and easy. Just email barbara@garrattbusinesspark.com with the following details:
Business Name
Person authorised to vote
Contact telephone number and/or email
You can also send these details to: Garratt Business Park BID Company, Unit 32 Wimbledon Stadium Business Centre, Riverside Road, London SW17 0BA.
