We are sorry to report that businesses which signed up for fast broadband with Exponential/Bongo-IT had their internet service temporarily interrupted last week. This was due to mistakes in Exponential’s accounting system, which have now been rectified.

We have worked tirelessly and into the night to resolve this issue with them, but only succeeded early the next morning. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. We are pleased to give credit to Bongo-IT, who came out very quickly to look into the problem outside of normal business hours arriving after 6pm after initially being told that the fibre service was working when in fact Exponential had suspended the service.
