Office Space at Maskold's

One of the oldest residents of the estate, Maskold Refrigeration at Unit 70, has recently reorganised their building. Owners Bruce and Dick Maskell have undertaken a redesign and refurbishment of their offices and workshop to make the most of the available space and embraced paperless systems for a leaner and more efficient business using only half of the space they previously occupied.

This has enabled the Maskells to welcome Paul Halfacre and the F.G.Keen team as their tenants at the freshly created Unit 70A in spring 2015.

Further work to complete conversion of the second storey loft space has just been completed making 1,418 sq ft of completely refurbished media style open plan self contained office space with an outlook over Garrett Park available and ready to occupy.

The Loft has independent access and its own WC’s, shower and kitchenette. It is highly specified with heat pump air conditioning, video entry system, cycle storage, LED lighting, 3 compartment trunking, security system and limited parking. Fast fibre internet is available.

Design and project management was undertaken by Harry Mortensson of Llonsson Ltd. This is the fifth major commercial refurbishment project completed by Llonsson Ltd on the estate.

Since 2003, Harry has  converted Unit 11 into a clock factory and added second storey offices to Unit 58 for Roger Lascelles Clocks,  joined Units 54 and 57 and added second storey offices for Hamilton Ice Sculptors, refurbished units 53 and 56 and added second storey offices and storage for Concord Lifting, improving and enhancing the quality of space and working environments and adding value.
