The Committee has received the first newsletter from Galliard Homes with some details about the time scale of their operation, but also about the partnership they have entered with Catalyst Housing.
In future the development of housing will be undertaken under the joint name of Merton Catalyst LLP.
The football stadium will be built separately by AFC Wimbledon alongside the development of housing.
The Committee is liaising with all developers to make sure that the interests of our businesses on Garratt Business Park are represented and fully understood by the developers, for example concerns regarding access to our estate, security, congestion etc.
