The Garratt Business Park BID Limited (GBPBL) Annual General Meeting for 2025 took place on 2nd April 2025, at Unit 33, Wimbledon Stadium Business Centre.

The Chair, Kim St Aubyn, welcomed attendees and recorded apologies; attendance was above the specified number required for being quorate.

The report of the Directors, presented verbally by the Chair, covering 2024–25 activity, was received. The contribution included positive updates on core services, such as improvements to CCTV, gates and security, road condition, drainage, estate cleaning, internal communications (newsletters), and social digital media (website and social media accounts), as well as the ongoing contribution of the Project Manager (Michael Green). The report from the Chair was received without dissent.

The accounts of both GBPBL (up to April 2024) and GBPML (up to November 2023) were also received and noted by the meeting.New Directors were nominated onto the board and elected unanimously: Conor Ferncombe (after a period of secondment) and Antonilla Vecciu — welcome to both!

Existing Directors who had indicated their willingness to continue were confirmed. These are: Kim St Aubyn (Chair), Fred Palmer, Lorinda Freint (Wandsworth Council), Cassie Hunt, Amanda Ryan, and Luke Ryan.

The meeting noted that all continuing Directors' terms would run for three years, starting from the 2024 AGM. Directors standing down at this AGM included BID stalwart Mahesh Rawal. The meeting paid tribute to his outstanding service, particularly his 23 years of contribution (16 of those as part of the official BID) overseeing BID finance.

During the open floor section, a discussion was held regarding ongoing efforts to address drainage issues in Riverside Yard. The meeting concluded at 10:45 am. Thanks were extended to the Estate of David Guyan for hosting the AGM at short notice, after the need arose to find an alternative venue to the one originally advertised.

The BID board is already planning ahead for the 2026 Annual General Meeting, where we hope to see even more businesses in attendance.
