Please take note of the following timetable, as outlined by Wandsworth Council, regarding the billing and reminder schedule for the BID levy:

Bills dispatched: Week commencing 12 May 2025

Reminder notices issued: July–August 2025

Summons issued to outstanding payees: Week commencing 22 September 2025

Magistrates’ hearings: Wednesday 22 October 2025

Enforcement action: Commences after the Magistrates’ hearings

Please note: The individual or organisation receiving the bill is responsible for the full 2025–26 levy, regardless of whether they vacate the BID area after 1 April 2025.
