In November 2018, Garratt Business Park successfully renewed the Business Improvement District (BID) for a third term at a ballot of all levy-paying businesses.

Over the next five years we will aim to make further improvements to Garratt Business Park, including:

  • Road and drainage maintenance

  • Regular cleaning, tidying and greening of the estate

  • Managing CCTV coverage inside and outside the gated area

  • Faster Internet Access

  • Maintaining and managing the two estate gates

  • Salt bin provision for severe weather

  • Reviews and improvements to parking

  • Website and email updates about estate matters

  • Coordinated lobbying and representation for all BID businesses

  • Acting as a strong lobbying voice for GBP businesses during the Wimbledon Stadium redevelopment
